Every ottasilver item is manufactured in Istanbul, it is shipped directly to customers in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia and all over the world. Every item can be highly personalized by selecting metals, gemstones, and engravings to meet your exact style.

Do you have any stores I can visit?

OTTASILVER is proud to be based in London, United Kingdom. Though we don't have any permanent physical stores, we do offer free shipping anywhere in the World. Due to this model, we do not need to carry any showroom, and we are able to offer exceptionally affordable prices for unique jewelry.

Do you have a warranty on your jewelry?

Yes, we have a two-year warranty against any manufacturing defects on all of our jewelry. Any damage sustained by misuse or alterations not done by ottasilver will void the warranty. You can claim repair in the warranty information page

How can I make an order?

You can make an online order on ottasilver.com via one of the payment options or you can contact us via e-mail, live chat, Whatsapp or Calling for a manual order.

How can I pay?

Ottasilver provides four different payment options:

How will I receive my products?

Your products are delivered via Express Shipping and you are provided a tracking code once the order is shipped.

Do I need to pay an additional fee for express shipping?

We do not charge any shipping cost, it is totally free.

How will I receive my products safely?

Your products are shipped in Ottasilver's special jewelry box and in additional protective packaging to make sure they are delivered all right.

How long does it typically take to receive an order?

All orders are put into the process after payment confirmation within 24 hours. All orders are sent via DHL EXPRESS or UPS EXPRESS. You are being informed about your parcel tracking number via your registered email address on our system. The products are usually delivered within 5-7 working days once the order is made. Shipping may take longer than 10 days depending on national customs regulations. Ottasilver cannot be held responsible for any delays due to such formal procedures.

How do I track my order?

After packing, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided on your order. We do our best to process all items for shipment within two business days of receiving the order. Please note that for US shipments it sometimes takes two days to cross the border from London or Istanbul to Ottasilver USA Warehouse, and the tracking code will not start updating until the package has reached the USA.

USPS Tracking — Delay in Updates:

The tracking provided with your order is correct! Please note that the package must first travel from London or Istanbul to Ottasilver USA Warehouse to get to the first USPS sorting facility. Once it has been scanned in with USPS, you will then see your tracking code activate and begin to update. 

Do the prices include taxes?

No. the prices listed do not include taxes or duties, including EU VAT. When you make an order, you will be responsible for paying import duties, taxes and any other applicable fees if they are asked by the officials. However, for most countries, our customers do not experience custom duties or any other custom problems.

What is your process If the product I order is out of stock?

You will get a refund of it without any hassle In case of not having stock for limited products (We keep the products that are actively selling on OTTASILVER in OUR INVENTORY)

What is your cancelation policy?

It is possible to cancel an order that has not yet shipped. For after shipping We have also a free 30-day return policy so that if our customer is not satisfied with any product  please check our Return and Exchange Policy page.

Who pays the return shipping cost?

If you're returning an item because it doesn't match the listing description, or arrives damaged or faulty, then OTTASILVER is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you changed your mind, you'll be responsible for return shipping.
