OTTASILVER is proud to be based in Louisiana, United States. Though we don't have any permanent physical stores, we do offer free shipping anywhere in the world. Due to this model, we do not need to carry any showroom and we are able to offer exceptionally affordable prices for unique jewelry.
Yes. We have a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects on all of our jewelry. Any damage sustained by misuse or alterations not done by OTTASILVER will void the warranty. You can claim repair in the warranty information page.

Shipping

We do not charge any shipping cost, it is totally free!
All orders are put into the process after payment confirmation within 24 hours. All orders are sent via UPS Express or USPS . You are being informed about your parcel tracking number via your registered email address on our system. The products are usually delivered within 5-7 working days once the order is made. Shipping may take longer than 10 days depending on national customs regulations. OTTASILVER cannot be held responsible for any delays due to such formal procedures.
After packing, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided on your order. We do our best to process all items for shipment within two business days of receiving the order. Please note that the package must first travel from London or Istanbul to OTTASILVER USA warehouse to get to the first USPS sorting facility. Once it has been scanned in with USPS, you will then see your tracking code activate and begin to update.
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. In most cases, your package will arrive in 1-2 business days. Be sure to check with your neighbors and post office for more information in the meantime. Please note that we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please be sure to choose a secure delivery location.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed due to high shipping volumes during the public holidays. We are experiencing some delays in order processing, but we are working hard to fulfill orders as soon as possible. We will update you via email once your order has shipped. Return & Exchange

We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US, Canada and UK. Shipping fees are non-refundable and please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and $30 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount.
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage, and must be returned with all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included). Please note that no individual item of a bundle can be returned; the entire set must be returned together.
Yes, all engraved, personalized and monogrammed products are non-returnable. Please note that all purchases from our "LAST CALL" section are final sale, non-refundable, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We only offer product exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we no longer provide an exchange with a new item.
No, the shipping fee is not included in the OTTASILVER Lifetime Warranty. After the initial 30-day period, customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending a product back for repair or replacement.
If your jewelry requires repair or resizing within the first 30 days after purchase, we provide these services free of charge. Beyond this period, however, these services are available for a fee. Please note that material defects are repaired for free under our Lifetime Warranty regardless of the timeframe.

The duration of the process can vary depending on the nature of the repair or replacement, and your location. Rest assured, we will do our best to process your request as quickly as possible.
All items sold directly by OTTASILVER are covered by our Lifetime Warranty, unless specified otherwise. However, note that after the 30-day period, repairs or sizings are subject to a fee, and no exchange with a new item will be offered.

Care & Repair

Keep silver absolutely dry when storing. If your silver is used frequently, keep it away from excessive exposure to air and store it in a tarnish-proof cloth, such as the flannel pouch, silver or a silver storage box. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area, whether it is a closed box or a flannel roll.
Any jewelry made with copper such as sterling silver and rosé gold items can tarnish slightly over time. However, for many people, this is outweighed by the beautiful properties of natural metals. This means the finish can potentially leave behind a surface mark on the skin when worn. This coloration easily washes off with warm water and mild soap. If you do see a slight blackening in your piece it is nothing to be alarmed about and the ring can easily be brought right back to it's shining self with a jewelry polishing cloth.
