What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?

Our Lifetime Warranty covers any material defects. Defects are flaws or weaknesses in the material that cause the product to break under normal use and wear. If a defect arises, we will repair your jewelry free of charge, irrespective of the timeframe.

What's not covered by the Lifetime Warranty?

Please note that our Lifetime Warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, nicks, or loss of gold plating.
• Damages caused due to improper care, accidents, or misuse of the product.
• Jewelry that has been tampered with or repaired by another jeweler.
• Theft, loss, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Products bought from unauthorized retailers.

Warranty Claims

For all warranty claims, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact our customer service team with a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence if possible.
2. Our team will assess your claim and guide you through the process.
3. Once approved, you'll need to ship the item back to us. Please note that after the initial 30-day period, customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending a product back for repair or replacement under the Lifetime Warranty.

What if my jewelry needs repair or resizing after the 30-day period?

If your jewelry requires repair or resizing after the initial 30-day period, these services will be available at a fee. This does not apply to material defects, which are repaired free of charge under our Lifetime Warranty.
