Orders go into process within 24 hours of payment confirmation and ship with UPS Express or USPS. Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days from the moment the order is placed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is scanned in.

Pieces from our Exclusive Collection and gold-plated items are made to order, so they can take longer. International deliveries may also be held up by customs procedures, which are outside our control.

Standard shipping is free on every order above 75 USD. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery dates are not guaranteed during public holidays, when shipping volumes are at their highest.

You have 100 days. Returns are free for customers in the US, Canada and the UK. A return shipping fee of 20 USD applies to returns sent from the EU and 30 USD from all other countries, deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Items must come back unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, including box, pouch and tags. Engraved, personalised and monogrammed pieces are non-returnable, and everything in the LAST CALL section is final sale.

Every piece sold directly by OTTASILVER carries our 5-Year Warranty against material defects that cause it to break in normal wear. Repairs and resizing are free during the first 100 days. After that they are available for a fee, and the shipping cost is yours. Repairs take around two weeks, because our artisans finish them by hand.

The warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear such as scratches or fading plating, damage from accidents or misuse, work done by other jewellers, loss or theft.

Silver and gold can react to cosmetics, lotions, chlorinated or salt water, household chemicals and humidity, which is what causes dulling or a mark on the skin. Take your jewellery off before swimming, bathing or applying products, and dry it thoroughly if it does get wet.

Clean it every couple of weeks if you wear it daily, using mild soap, warm water and a soft toothbrush. Store each piece separately in a soft cloth or an airtight bag, away from heat and sunlight.

We offer engraving and personalisation on our rings and bracelets, whether that is initials, a name, a date or a short message. Personalised orders cannot be modified, cancelled or returned once they are confirmed, so please check the spelling carefully before you order.
