At OTTASILVER, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please familiarize yourself with our Return & Exchange Policy below.
Returns
- We provide a 100-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within this period for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- The item should be in its original packaging.
- The item must be without any breakage or signs of being worn out.
- The product should look unused with no damage.
- NO QUESTIONS ASKED for returns, ensuring a smooth and straightforward process.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All returns are subject to a $9.95 handling fee.
- Please note, we cannot accept individual items from a bundle for return. The entire set must be returned together.
- Any promotional gifts must also be included when returning your item.
- Any item purchased from Ottasilver can be returned, with the exception of engraved items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on engraved, personalized, or monogrammed products.
- All sales are final and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges if purchased using Black Friday-related discount codes ("BLACK40", "BOGO", or "FEB29"), or from the "LAST CALL", "SAMPLE SALE", or Wedding Rings sections. Personalized items are also non-exchangeable.
- To initiate a return, please visit our Return & Exchange page on our website and follow the instructions to submit a return request. Our dedicated customer service team will guide you through the process.
- Refunds cannot be processed for orders placed with a cashback coupon code. However, exchange and refund to store credit options are available. Cashback campaigns do not apply to solid gold products.
- Return, refund, and exchange processes are limited to a one-time use. A customer may receive one refund, make one return, or complete one exchange. After an exchange is completed, a refund request cannot be made.
Exchanges
- We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a purchase. OTTASILVER offers product exchanges within the first 100 days after your purchase.
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges beyond the initial 100-day period.
5-Year Warranty
- We take pride in the quality of our products. All OTTASILVER items sold directly by us are covered by our warranty, unless specified otherwise.
- This warranty covers material defects. Any defects will be repaired free of charge.
- Note that after the 100-day return and exchange period, repairs, or resizing services are available for a fee.
- The shipping fee is not included in the OTTASILVER 5-Year Warranty. After the 100-day return period, customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending a product back for repair or replacement.
- Please note that the approximate shipping cost is $15 for the US and $30 for countries outside of the US.

- If you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team immediately. We will guide you through the process of returning the incorrect item and will expedite shipping to ensure you receive the correct item as soon as possible.
Process Duration
- The duration of the return, exchange, or repair process can vary depending on the nature of the issue and your location. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to handling your request as swiftly as possible.
- Our skilled team of artisans will do their best to repair your precious item. Please be aware that due to the intricacy and care that goes into each repair, the process can take approximately 2 weeks.
Refund Method
- We process refunds to your original method of payment.
- Credit Card: Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
- PayPal: Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
Collection & Return Handling
- If you have an issue with your product and would like to initiate a return, please email us detailing your problem prior to submitting a return.
- After your email, we will provide a simple one-click return solution for you.
- Once we receive your returned item, our fulfillment center will assess it for any damage.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
