There are two ways, and both take a minute.

• Measure a ring you already wear. Pick one that fits the finger you have in mind, lay it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter in millimetres, then match it on our chart.
• Measure the finger itself. Wrap a strip of paper or a piece of string around the base of the finger, mark where the ends meet, measure that length on a ruler and match the circumference on our chart.

A few things shift the answer:

• Measure at the end of the day. Fingers are at their largest then.
• Do not measure cold fingers, they read smaller than they really are.
• A wide or thick band sits tighter than a slim one, so consider going half a size up.
• If you have larger knuckles, measure both the knuckle and the base of the finger and choose a size in between.

Yes. Resizing is free within the first 100 days of your purchase. After that we still resize, but it is chargeable and the shipping cost is yours. Allow around two weeks for the work, as our artisans finish each repair by hand.

If you would rather swap the ring for a different piece altogether, exchanges are also available within the first 100 days.

Our rings are made in 925 sterling silver and 18K gold, both hypoallergenic metals that suit most sensitive skin. Stones include agate and zirconium, with a 0.005 carat diamond in selected designs. The exact metal and stone for this ring are listed in the product details above.

Yes, we engrave rings with initials, a name, a date or a short message. Please check the spelling before you order: engraved and personalised rings cannot be modified, cancelled or returned once the order is confirmed.

Even high quality silver and gold can mark the skin, usually because of cosmetics rubbing against the metal, humidity, or chlorinated water. Take the ring off before you swim, shower or apply lotion and hand cream, and dry it if it gets wet.

Clean it every couple of weeks with mild soap, warm water and a soft toothbrush, then store it separately in a soft cloth or an airtight bag.

Standard shipping is free above 75 USD. Orders enter production within 24 hours of payment confirmation and usually arrive in 5 to 7 working days. Gold-plated rings and Exclusive Collection pieces are made to order and can take longer.

Returns are open for 100 days and are free from the US, Canada and the UK. A 20 USD return shipping fee applies from the EU and 30 USD elsewhere. The ring must come back unworn and in its original packaging. Engraved rings and LAST CALL items are final sale.
