You can cancel your membership anytime from your member portal. If you are in the Legacy Membership, there is no need to cancel as all rewards are complimentary.

If I cancel my VIP Membership, will I lose my benefits?

No, if you cancel your VIP Membership, you will still retain the benefits until the end of the annual term. After the term ends, your card will not be charged, and your membership benefits will expire.

Can I return my VIP Membership?

All memberships are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Can I use my credit balance to buy the VIP Membership?

You cannot use the rewards credit balance to pay for the VIP Membership.
