Our standard engraving service covers rings and bracelets. Whether a pendant can be engraved depends on the design, so ask us before you order and we will check this specific piece for you. Bear in mind that once a piece is personalised it cannot be modified, cancelled or returned.

Orders go into process within 24 hours of payment confirmation and ship with UPS Express or USPS, usually arriving in 5 to 7 working days. You will get a tracking number by email once the parcel is scanned in. Standard shipping is free above 75 USD.

Gold-plated pieces and anything from the Exclusive Collection are made to order, so allow extra time. Customs procedures can also delay international deliveries.

You have 100 days to return it, free from the US, Canada and the UK. A 20 USD return shipping fee applies from the EU and 30 USD from all other countries, deducted from your refund. The necklace must come back unworn and in its original packaging, including box, pouch and tags. Personalised pieces and LAST CALL items are final sale.
